Back to the presidential’s for me. I Have not been above treeline in a while and I look to fix that. This weekend I plan to start at Jackson and see just how far I can get up the range before I either run out of time, or just have to call it quits. My goal is to take the Webster Cliff trail, but with rain in the forecast this might not be wise. Its early spring and the trails are not at their best this time of year. Will I get stuck miles away from the car and have a dreaded road walk ahead of me? Will the weather just force me off of the summits all together?
