Today was the day. The weather was calling for a bluebird and j was going to get the Northern Presidential range done for may. I started at 5:30 up the Osgood. It was a cool start but a fine hiking day. I brought snowshoes and did not use them. I did not need spikes either.

I saw my first person of the day between Washington and Jefferson. Once on Washington there were many folks who had drove up the road. They were upset the gift shop was not open yet.

I was in a rush to get to Pinkham so I could make a food order for the Dodge kitchen. I made it in time and put in the order to make for a complete day. What a hike! Finally bagged the range and I was energized to get back to work on Friday. Gotta love the mountains!!!
