Great Gulf, Gulfside, Crawford path, Webster Jackson trail, Hale Brook, Lend a hand, Twinway, A-Z, Willey Range

With a few days off Lucy and I took off from camp Dodge with an over night pack and no expectations. First day we head up the Great Gulf headwall.

That night we stayed at Nauman tent site. Margaret the caretaker and I had lovely conversations for a short time as j was quite tired. Lucy enjoyed the eving with me in the hammock.

The next day we woke and finished the traverse. We caught a ride from a wonderful man named Hank who was in the area with a scout troop and he saw Lucy and I walking when he offered us a ride. He got us all the way to Hale Brook Trail!

That night Lucy and I slept by Zeaclif in the light of a nearly full moon…

From Zeaclif we came down to A-Z trail before hitting up Tom, Field, and Willey. Abby met us at the Highland center to bring us back to Dodge. It was a great few days of hiking.
